A fishing pier, pavilion, and dock is located in Crisfield Maryland at the very end of Main Street. Piers extend from the pavilion into the Little Annamessex River. Fresh bait is available locally, including peeler crabs, and soft crabs.

Anglers fishing on the Crisfield fishing pier catch croaker, spot, rockfish, perch, trout, flounder, and other local fish. Crabbing is also popular on the piers. Check with local tackle shops or DNR for fishing regulations.

In October 2012, the town dock, pavilion, and pier sustained heavy damage from Hurricane Sandy. Extensive renovations to the pier and dock began in the spring of 2013. The pier re-opened in 2014.
